Podrán ingresar a tales cursos, así como a los similares que establezcan los demás institutos oficiales y privados quienes posean el título de bachiller orientación comercial o el título general de bachilleres, previa la habilitación de este último caso en los cursos de Contabilidad, Practica Mercantil, Cálculo Mercantil, Estadística, Historia y Geografía Económica, en las condiciones señaladas por Ley 56 de 1927.
