Vigencia. La vigencia del presente Decreto iniciará una vez transcurridos quince (15) días comunes contados a partir del día siguiente a su publicación en el Diario Oficial. El artículo 2 del presente Decreto entrará a regir una vez finalice la emergencia sanitaria decretada por el Ministerio de salU~ y protección. Social.
