Artículo único . Decláranse trasladadas desde el 9 de Enero del presente año, del Ministerio de Gobierno al de Guerra, para el efecto de las imputaciones, los saldos actuales de las partes siguientes del Presupuesto nacional de Gastos para el bienio de 1887 á 1888 : 1.° El artículo 19. Capítulo 10, Sección 5.ª, que en el Ministerio de Guerra se denominará 4.ª ; y 2.° El Departamento de Telégrafos y Teléfonos nacionales, Capítulos 32, 33, 34 y 34 bis.
