De la concesión de plazos especiales . El Ministerio de Salud y los Servicios Seccionales de Salud, según el caso, podrán conceder plazos para el cumplimiento de los requisitos a que se refieren los capítulos II y III de este Decreto, hasta por dieciocho (18) meses contados a partir de la fecha de vigencia del mismo.
