Declárase que la Oficina telegráfica de Santander (o Quilíchao), creada por decreto ejecutivo, número 95, de 12 de marzo último (Diaria Oficial, número 3,113 ), debe considerarse en servicio desde 1.° de setiembre del corriente año, con el personal i material que no asigné en dicho decreto.

El costo que ocasione la Oficina mencionada, se imputará al Presupuesto de la vijencia en curso, Departamento de correos, capítulo 7,° artículo 3.°
