°. Recaudo de multas . El recaudo de las multas de que tratan las Leyes 1445 y 1453 de 2011, estará a cargo del Departamento Administrativo del Deporte, la Recreación, la Actividad Física y el Aprovechamiento del Tiempo Libre - Coldeportes, el cual dispondrá de un término de seis (6) meses, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, para crear la estructura administrativa necesaria para el recaudo y cobro de los dineros que por concepto de multas se generen.
