Repealed

Del servicio de televisión por suscripción . El servicio de televisión por suscripción es público y podrá ser prestado por el Estado directamente o a través de concesiones otorgadas a personas naturales o jurídicas colombinas, mediante contrato celebrado a través de un proceso de licitación pública, por seis (6) años prorrogables.

PARAGRAFO . La programación no podrá llevar mensajes publicitarios colombianos o extranjeros ni patrocinios comerciales. En los eventos internacionales emitidos en directo, los espacios dedicados a publicidad serán reemplazados por mensajes cívicos o educativos.
