Iniciación. El período de explotación comercial del contrato seinicia formalmente al vencimiento del período de construcción y montaje, incluyendo sus prórrogas. De esta iniciación se dará aviso escrito a la autoridad concedente y a la autoridad ambiental. La fecha de la iniciación formal se tendrá en cuenta para todos los efectos del contrato, aunque el concesionario hubiere realizado labores de explotación anticipada de acuerdo con el artículo 94 de este Código.
