º. Nivel Controlador de Tránsito Aéreo. El nivel de Controlador de Tránsito Aéreo de que trata el presente decreto, comprende los empleos cuyas funciones exigen la aplicación de conocimientos técnicos debidamente certificados para el desempeño de funciones calificadas, o que sean soporte del desarrollo de las funciones profesionales o especializadas.
