Los dividendos que le correspondan en las utilidades la de la mencionada empresa serán destinados para la construcción, dotación y sostenimiento de las instituciones asistenciales, que reciban auxilios de la Beneficencia de Boyacá y para la construcción de un freno comió dentro del territorio del Departamento.
