° Para que la Diócesis de Cali y el Municipio de Pavas adquieran título de propiedad sobre los terrenos que les fueron cedidos por las Leyes de que se ha hecho mérito y puedan disponer en cualquier forma de tales terrenos, es preciso que llenen las formalidades prescritas por esas mismas Leyes y, además, los requisitos establecidos por el Código Fiscal.
