Según la naturaleza de sus funciones, la índole de sus responsabilidades y los requisitos exigidos para su desempeño, los empleos a los cuales se refiere el presente decreto, se clasifican en los siguientes niveles administrativos: Directivo, Asesor, Profesional, Técnico y Asistencial.
