Art. 1°. Los alumnos oficiales de la Universidad nacional que se matricularon en dicho establecimiento durante la vigencia del Reglamento expedido el 12 de Agosto de 1876, no están obligados á hacer otros cursos que los señalados por dicho Reglamento.
