Parágrafo 2

del artículo 3º del Decreto 2894 de 2007, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

Durante todo el proceso liquidatorio de los negocios fiduciarios se podrán celebrar acuerdos entre los acreedores de los respectivos negocios siempre y cuando los acreedores representen por lo menos el cincuenta por ciento (51%) de los acreedores y/o el cincuenta por ciento (50%) más un peso del valor total de las acreencias".
