El Ministerio de la Economía Nacional puede delegar en el Director del Departamento de Tierras a cuyo cargo está el estudio de las adjudicaciones de baldíos, la firma de las respectivas resoluciones. De las apelaciones que se interpusieren contra tales providencias, conocerá directamente el Ministro.

Parágrafo

Quedan revalidadas todas las providencias que mediante delegación hubieren sido suscritas por el Secretario del Ministerio de la Economía o por el Director del Departamento de Tierras.
