Cuando un Establecimiento Público requiera para su ejecución una mayor desagregación de las apropiaciones estipuladas en la presente Ley, deberá presentar, antes del 31 de enero de 1980, a la Dirección General del Presupuesto para su refrendación, el respectivo acuerdo o resolución de Ingresos y Gastos aprobado por la Junta o Consejo Directivo.
