Los fondos destinados a la Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino serán manejados por un Tesorero que nombrará una Junta compuesta del Gobernador del Departamento del Magdalena, del Alcalde del Distrito y del Presidente de la Municipalidad de Santa Marta, empleado que otorgará la fianza respectiva y rendirá las cuentas a la oficina correspondiente.
