Serán competentes para autorizar la aceptación de la dación en pago en los procesos de extinción de dominio, concursales, de liquidación forzosa administrativa, de reestructuración empresarial, de insolvencia, o de cruce de cuentas previstos en la Ley 550 de 1999, el Administrador de Impuestos Nacionales, de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales o de Aduanas Nacionales de la Administración a la cual pertenezca el deudor.
