ART 185. El delito de estupro, á que se refiere el artículo 102 de la ley 61 de 1886, comprende la violación ó forzamiento de mujer, y también los abusos torpes cometidos en menores. Los diversos casos de este delito, y sus penas, están definidos y señaladas en los artículos 523, 525 y otros subsiguientes del Código Penal.

Todo caso de rapto de mujer, ejecutado con miras torpes, queda comprendido en los delitos enumerados en el artículo 102 de la citada ley.
