Créase, anexa al Instituto Nacional de Rádium, la Sección de Investigaciones destinada al estudio de la físico-química del cáncer, de la biología y radiobiología, del cultivo de tejidos y del cáncer experimental. La Universidad Nacional se encargará de su reglamentación, y apropiará de su presupuesto las partidas suficientes para su sostenimiento.
