° Las dos quintas partes de los derechos de Aduana de que trata el artículo anterior, se aplicaran así: la mitad á la acuñación de monedas fraccionarias de plata á la Ley de 0.835 y de valor de diez, veinte y cincuenta centavos, hasta completar cinco millones de pesos ($5.000,000) incluyendo en esta suma la mandada acuñar por el artículo 3.° de esta Ley; y la otra mitad á la incineración mensual del papel - moneda; y acuñados los cinco millones ($5.000,000) dichos fondos se seguirán aplicando á la amortización directa.
