Reunidos los requisitos legales, el magistrado sustanciador, por auto que no admite recurso, ordenará el envío del expediente a la Corte una vez ejecutoriado el auto que lo otorgue y expedidas las copias necesarias para el cumplimiento de la sentencia, si fuere el caso.
