Pronunciamiento sobre la solicitud de excedentes. Con base en las pruebas presentadas, la autoridad competente resolverá la petición mediante providencia motivada, contra la cual proceden los recursos de reposición ante el mismo funcionario y el de apelación ante el Superintendente de Industria y Comercio. La resolución que ordene la devolución prestará mérito ejecutivo.
