º Extiéndese el beneficio de libertad provisional consagrado por el artículo 7ª del decreto 2311 de septiembre 4 del presente año, a los procesados que se encuentran detenidos por los delitos enumerados en el citado artículo. Igualmente gozarán de tal beneficio los procesados detenidos por delitos cometidos como reacción contra los de rebelión, sedición, asonada y asociación para delinquir, a que se contrae el referido Decreto.
