º FUNDAMENTOS LEGALES. El presente Decreto se fundamenta en las siguientes disposiciones

Decretos 848, 1195, 1295 de 1990 y demás normas que regulan la vigilancia privada.

Decreto 1663 del 6 de julio de 1979. Estatuto Nacional para el Control, Comercio de Armas, Municiones, Explosivos y sus Accesorios.

Decreto 1409 del 8 de junio de 1984, adquisición y uso de vehículos automotores blindados.

Normas que modifiquen, adicionen o reglamenten las anteriores disposiciones.
