Destinase la suma de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000) para ayudar a la reparación de los templos católicos que sufrieron graves daños en el Valle del Cauca por causa de los últimos temblores.

Dicha suma se distribuirá así:

Parágrafo 1

Igualmente auxíliase con la cantidad de tres mil pesos ($ 3.000) la iglesia del Municipio de San Rafael, en el Departamento de Antioquia, destruida por un incendio.

Parágrafo 2

Los materiales que se introduzcan para la construcción y reparación de los templos católicos gozaran de exención de derechos de aduana y de impuesto fluvial.
