ARTICULO 8. La estimación del valor de las cuotas de subsidio la hará cada Caja por semestres anticipados. Para atender oportunamente las obligaciones de la respectiva Caja, en cualquier emergencia, las Cajas constituirán una reserva hasta por el monto que señale el Consejo Directivo destinando para ello un diez pro ciento (10%) del valor del recaudo mensual. disminuida o agotada esta reserva, volverá a formarse sucesivamente hasta la cuantía señalada. Los saldos favorables que resultaren después de cada ejercicio anual, podrán ser destinados por los respectivos Consejos Directivos al reparto de subsidios extraordinarios o al aumento de subsidios posteriores.
