CONCURSO DE FALTAS DISCIPLINARIAS. Cuando la conducta o los hechos a investigar sean constitutivos de faltas de diferente clase, asumirá la competencia el superior con atribuciones disciplinarias para sancionar la más grave y se seguirá el procedimiento ordinario.
