La Nación se reservara la propiedad de los hospitales y demás inmuebles innecesarios para el desarrollo de la campaña anti leprosa. Para este efecto, antes de hacer las cesiones y adjudicaciones de que tratan artículo precedentes, el Gobierno dentro del plazo de dos años, procederá a delimitar en Agua de Dios y Contratación las zonas requeridas para los fines expresados.
