º. Todo establecimiento bancario excepto el Banco Central de Emisión, que funcione en la Republica, invertirá en el país la totalidad de su capital, fondo de reservas y depósitos. Los establecimientos bancarios pueden mantener en el Exterior los fondos necesarios para atender a las operaciones de cambios, en la cuantía que fijará la Superintendencia Bancaria. Comuníquese y publíquese.
