Las reuniones de la asamblea general son ordinarias y extraordinarias. Las primeras, deben efectuarse dentro de los -tres primeros meses de cada año para el cumplimiento de las funciones previstas en el artículo 36 y las segundas, cuando la Junta Directiva, el Revisor Fiscal, el Ministerio de Agricultura o un número de miembros no inferior al treinta por ciento (30%), las convoquen en cualquier otra época del año para ocuparse de uno o más asuntos, cuyo examen no puede postergarse hasta la reunión ordinaria siguiente,
