Para el mejor cumplimiento de esta Ley, y a fin de procurar su mayor eficacia, el Gobierno podrá proceder por medio de una Junta autónoma, compuesta de tres miembros, designados, uno por el Gobierno Nacional, otro por el Departamental y el tercero por el Consejo Directivo de la Cooperativa Bananera del Magdalena, cuyas atribuciones y funcionamiento serán señalados en el respectivo decreto reglamentario.

El Gobierno podrá delegar en dicha Junta las facultades que estime necesarias o convenientes para la realización de los fines expresados.

Esta Junta tendrá sus respectivos suplentes.
