° Toda persona, entidad, comunidad ó compañía que desee beneficiar una res debe solicitar del respectivo agente una licencia escrita, en la cual deben constar el día para el cual se conceda, la fecha en letras, el nombre del dueño ó interesado en el beneficio de la res, el color de ésta, en sexo, marca y demás señas particulares. Esta licencia debe ir firmada por el agente y llevará en una estampilla especial el valor del impuesto. En el talón que debe ser firmado por el solicitante se harán constar las mismas circunstancias y se adherirá el talón de la estampilla.
