Derogase el Decreto Legislativo número 2834 de 8 de noviembre de 1952 por medio del cual se creó el Instituto de Estudios Históricos. En consecuencia, los bienes y archivos de dicho Instituto pasarán por medio de inventario al activo de la Academia Colombiana de Historia.
