° La amortización de estos bonos comenzará a efectuarse un año después de emitidos, admitiéndolos por principal e intereses, en el 2 por 100 del pago de todas las rentas y contribuciones nacionales. Las oficinas que los reciban procederán con ellos, en cuanto a la manera de afectar las cuentas y su envío a la Tesorería General de la República, como se practica con los demás documentos análogos.
