Artículo noveno. La Dirección Departamental de Higiene notificará, a los enfermos de lepra comprendido en la clase c) la obligación en que están de someterse al aislamiento y fijará las normas y plazo para darle cumplimiento

Parágrafo

Las funciones asignadas por este decreto a las Direcciones Departamentales de Higiene serán ejercidas en la totalidad o en parte por los servicios especiales de profilaxis de la lepra, de conformidad con las disposiciones del Ministerio.
