Son funciones del Secretario de la Procuraduría Delegada para las Fuerzas Militares, y para la Policía Nacional, las siguientes: 1º Autorizar la firma del Procurador Delegado. 2º Tramitar todos los memoriales, oficios, despachos y demás comunicaciones que lleguen a la oficina anteriormente citada. 3º Todas las funciones que especialmente le asignen los reglamentos de la oficina.
