De la educación virtual y Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC). El Ministerio de Educación Nacional promoverá una oferta de recursos educativos digitales, para facilitar las modalidades de educación presencial y semipresencial dirigida a los adolescentes y jóvenes que ingresan al Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes (SRPA). Con este fin dispondrá de un espacio interactivo en el Portal Educativo Colombia Aprende, administrado por el Ministerio de Educación, en el cual se podrá acceder en línea a estos recursos.
