Art. 1929. El precio deberá pagarse en el lugar i el tiempo estipulados, o en el lugar i el tiempo de la entrega, no habiendo estipulacion en contrario.

Con todo, si el comprador fuere turbado en la posesión de la cosa, o probare que existe contra ella una accion real de que el vendedor no le haya dado noticia antes de perfeccionarse el contrato, podrá depositar el precio con autoridad de la justicia, i durará el depósito hasta que el vendedor haga cesar la turbacion o afiance las resultas del juicio.
