PROHIBICIÓN PAGO DOBLE SUBSIDIO FAMILIAR. Para hacer efectivo el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 86 del Decreto 2062 de 1984, el Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional deberá acreditar mediante declaración jurada, rendida ante el respectivo Comandante de Departamento, Director de Instituto o Jefe de Organismo Especial que su cónyuge no tiene relación laboral con entidades de derecho público. En caso de existir deberá allegarse constancia de que éste no percibe subsidio familiar.
