Las solicitudes a que se refiere el artículo 11 del presente Decreto deberán contener especificados por artículo, las cantidades que correspondan a servicios personales, gastos generales y transferencias y a gastos de inversión. Adicionalmente, determinarán la cantidad total solicitada por objeto del gasto y por recurso.
