Articulo 6.° Lo dispuesto en los artículos anteriores acerca de la construcción y reparación de edificios públicos situados fuera de la capital de la Republica se aplicara a la construcción de toda obra material cuyo precio se pague con fondos del Tesoro Nacional. Comuníquese y publíquese.
