Dentro de los noventa (90) días siguientes a la terminación del contrato, el Gobierno declarará al contratista su voluntad de comprarle la propiedad mueble o parte de ella, la que debe determinarse con precisión, y se procederá previamente al avalúo pericial de los objetos de la compraventa.
