Toda persona tiene derecho a examinar sin reserva alguna los libros principales, índices y archivo de las Oficinas de Registro. El Registrador esta por lo tanto obligado, mediante su vigilancia a permitir y facilitar dicho examen, en cuánto no se perjudique el servicio público y sin que este examen cause ninguna erogación a quien lo solicita.
