Decretar A Partir De Las 00:00 Horas Del Día 1° De Octubre De 2017 Hasta Las 00:00 Horas Del Día 9 De Enero De 2018, El Cese Al Fuego Bilateral, Temporal De Carácter Nacional (Cfbtn), Entre El Gobierno Nacional Y El Ejército De Liberación Nacional (Eln)

°. Decretar a partir de las 00:00 horas del día 1° de octubre de 2017 hasta las 00:00 horas del día 9 de enero de 2018, el Cese al Fuego Bilateral, Temporal de carácter Nacional (CFBTN), entre el Gobierno nacional y el Ejército de Liberación Nacional (ELN). El CFBTN tendrá como objetivo principal mejorar la situación humanitaria de la población, suspender acciones ofensivas y evitar incidentes armados entre la Fuerza Pública y el ELN. El CFBTN estará condicionado al cumplimiento de las reglas y compromisos que lo rigen y los términos acordados por el Gobierno nacional y el ELN en los protocolos pertinentes.

Parágrafo

Los protocolos suscritos entre el Gobierno nacional y el ELN en relación con el CFBTN hacen parte integral de este decreto y tendrán carácter reservado, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 1437 de 2011 y la Ley 1712 de 2014.
