De los talleres. Se considera taller artesanal al lugar, donde el artesano tiene sus elementos de trabajo instalados para lograr un proceso autónomo e independiente de producción de objetos artesanales y prestación de servicios de conformidad con el índice de oficios artesanales donde existe una baja división del trabajo con una función múltiple de creación, enseñanza y organización.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de la identificación del taller artesanal será indispensable que el proceso productivo sea predominantemente manual y que el propietario tenga autonomía en su organización.
