° Las personas naturales y entidades oficiales y privadas que cuenten con servicios para su propia seguridad, en cualquiera de las modalidades de vigilancia privada a que se refiere el artículo 1° del Decreto-ley 1195 de 1990, estarán sometidas para tal efecto, a lo establecido en los Decretos 848 y 1195 de 1990, en tal virtud, se asimilan a las empresas de vigilancia privada.
