Artículo primero . A partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, toda persona o entidad natural o jurídica que desee constituirse en empresario para la presentación de espectáculos culturales, nacionales o extranjeros en el Teatro Colón, deberá formular una solicitud por escrito al Ministerio de Educación, por intermedio del Director del Teatro.
