Vencido el término para rendir descargos, el investigado tendrá un término de cinco (5) días hábiles para allegar y solicitar pruebas, el cual podrá prorrogarse por una sola vez y por un período igual al inicialmente señalado, a petición del interesado. Vencido este término el funcionario competente ordenará practicar las pruebas solicitadas si fueren pertinentes y las de oficio que considere necesarias.
