º. Las licencias concedidas de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas en el Artículo anterior, se suspenderán por variar de domicilio el licenciado, o por establecerse en el lugar con carácter definitivo un médico diplomado, deberá poner en conocimiento del Alcalde Municipal y de la Junta Departamental, su voluntad de establecerse en el referido Municipio. Las autoridades administrativas, noticiadas del establecimiento del diplomado, estarán en la obligación de suspender las licencias, dando cuenta de ello a la Junta correspondiente.
